From I-95:
- Take Exit 53
- Follow signs to ``Downtown/Inner Harbor`` (bear right)
- Right on Pratt St. and move to the left lane
- Left on President St.
- Follow signs for I-83 North (President St. turns into 83-North)
- Exit 8: Falls Rd.
- Continue on Falls Rd.
- After second traffic light, make a left onto Union Ave. (Street sign not visible. It is just after the Rite Aid on your left)
- Continue down hill for three stop signs
- Just under the green sign that says Union Ave. and just before the rail road tracks, make a left onto the driveway going down hill (it's very narrow with a chain link fence on the right)
- Park and enter through the green doors opposite the light rail tracks. Look for Suite 103.
- For Meadow Mill Athletic Club, park at the end of the white building and enter under the green awning that says ``Meadow Mill``
