Community Engagement & Development Manager

Baltimore SquashWise is hiring a Community Engagement & Development Manager to grow community squash programs, membership, revenue, and partnerships across Baltimore. The role combines business development, program and facility management, community engagement, marketing, and fundraising support. Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, 3–5 years of squash experience with beginner coaching ability, and strong relationship-building and organizational skills.
