Membership Opportunities

SquashWise is transforming the historic Greyhound terminal in downtown Baltimore into a thriving youth and community squash center. Located at 601 N Howard St, the Greyhound building will be a space for both our youth programs and the Baltimore community. We welcome you to find a second home at SquashWise, and join us as a Founding Member!

Building features will include 6 squash courts; a small fitness area; memberships,* leagues, tournaments and events; 3 classrooms for the youth program; convenient on-site parking; and accessibility to public transportation. The new facility is anticipated to open mid-2025.

*Gym hours to be determined in concert with youth program hours.

Giving circle level

With an operating gift of $100K over four years ($25K/year), you’ll bridge our important work through the interim period in our temporary space and into the first few years of our new facility.

Founding Members in this giving circle, along with their immediate family members, will receive lifetime membership to the facility when it opens.

Contact Abby Markoe, Executive Director to learn more or to make a pledge!

Community Level

A $75/mo recurring donation now will lock in your individual membership of $75/mo at the new facility. Click here to sign up!

  • Before August 31, 2025, your $75 monthly gift will be a charitable contribution (tax deductible) supporting our youth development program and school and community squash programs.
  • Beginning September 1, 2025, the $75/mo payment becomes your gym membership fee (not tax deductible). This membership rate will be locked in through 8/31/27.

An Exciting Challenge from SEA

SquashWise has been awarded a $50,000 challenge grant from the Squash and Education Alliance (SEA) to support our Founding Members initiative. In order to receive these funds, we must secure the following by August 15, 2024:

  • 2 donors in the giving circle level
  • 23 individuals at the community level
  • For both levels, the commitments need to be either new funding or increased funding, and not replace existing giving.
